Qualifications

• Ideally have HGV Technical Qualification, Level 3 or above.
• Experience in the Commercial Vehicle sector is an advantage.
• Technical Automotive background or a hands-on Technician transitioning from Workshop.

Responsibilities

• Control and review maintenance costs in line with warranty periods.
• Enhance supplier relationships for maintenance and technical queries.
• Support customers with individual repairs to minimize costs.

Skills
