Qualifications

• HGV Technical Qualification, Level 3 or above is preferred.
• Experience in the Commercial Vehicle or Automotive sector is an advantage.
• Proficient in providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance costs are controlled and aligned with manufacturer guidelines.
• Build supplier relationships to resolve maintenance or technical queries.
• Collate non-contract costs to support customer repairs.
