Sainsbury's is seeking a Development Assistant for the Primary Supplier team to help shape recruitment and retention for Food & Non-Food suppliers via the Primary Distribution route. You will build relationships with Category teams, Primary Operations, and the Supply Base to drive sustainable recruitment strategies.

• Build relationships with Category teams, Primary Operations, and Supply Base to develop sustainable supplier strategies.
• Administer changes to supplier rates and resolve charging queries; maintain management information for stakeholders.
