Montu UK is seeking an experienced Superintendent Pharmacist to own clinical governance, regulatory compliance and professional standards across a rapidly growing, digital-first pharmacy. You will set governance frameworks, lead inspections and provide clear regulatory direction to clinical and operational teams.

Qualifications

• GPhC registration is current and in good standing.
• Extensive knowledge of GPhC Standards for Pharmacy Professionals.
• Strong MHRA regulation knowledge including imports, wholesaling and storage.
• Experience leading regulatory inspections, audits and compliance.
• Experience in a high-volume or complex pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and clinical leadership to 100+ pharmacy staff.
• Oversee governance frameworks, training and professional development.
• Lead Controlled Drugs governance and regulatory compliance.
• Shape clinical and regulatory strategy with senior leaders.
• Ensure regulatory readiness for expansion and new services.
