Job summary

Justice Digital, Data and Science is recruiting a Stakeholder Engagement Lead to drive the engagement strategy within the Digital Compliance team and to build trusted relationships across multiple specialist functions.

You will lead three SEO Stakeholder Engagement Managers, set priorities, and deliver a consistent, high-quality approach while advising senior leaders on risks and opportunities. This role emphasises inclusive, accessible working practices across all activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of developing and leading stakeholder engagement across complex domains.
• Experience establishing or improving stakeholder engagement across multiple teams.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders and service owners.
• Ability to use stakeholder insight to influence behaviour and drive change.
• Experience leading and developing people and professional networks.
• Commitment to inclusive and accessible working practices.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for stakeholder engagement across Digital Compliance.
• Lead three SEO Stakeholder Engagement Managers embedded across Digital Compliance teams.
• Advise senior leaders on engagement risks, opportunities and priorities.
• Develop practical frameworks and learning opportunities to strengthen engagement capability.
• Model and promote inclusive and accessible ways of working in meetings and events.
