Job summary

Justice Digital, Data and Science is recruiting three Stakeholder Engagement Managers for the Digital Compliance teams. This role will embed across multiple teams to build trusted relationships, translate stakeholder insight into practical engagement plans and facilitate meaningful two-way engagement.

The post supports inclusive and accessible working, with a strong focus on clear communication, governance and delivery of engagement activities across the MoJ environment.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering stakeholder engagement activity across multi-team environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences.
• Ability to plan, facilitate workshops, events and communities for two-way engagement.

Responsibilities

• Embed within assigned Digital Compliance teams as their stakeholder engagement partner.
• Develop engagement plans from stakeholder insight and feed back into wider function.
• Design and facilitate workshops, communities and webinars for effective two-way engagement.
• Translate complex information into clear, accessible content for diverse audiences.
• Build and support communities and capability across teams.
