Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide the strategic and operational property advice across the property portfolio to the Associate Director for Health Planning and Property and services as necessary.
• To negotiate new leases, lease renewals, reinstatement of premises, dilapidations, licences, rent reviews, wayleaves, easements.
• To undertake site searches and manage acquisition and disposal cases.
• To achieve the best outcome for the Trust and protect the Trust’s interests through effective communication, negotiation, due diligence and more.
• To undertake comparable valuations and where necessary to manage registered valuers/agents.
