Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Property Portfolio Manager to lead the estates function, delivering compliant, value-driven property management in line with NHS strategies and RICS best practices.

You will negotiate leases, renewals, service charges, and acquisitions, identify fit-for-purpose premises for healthcare teams, and collaborate with NHS partners and occupiers across East and West Sussex.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management within healthcare or public sector preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Trust's Property Portfolio and related duties.
• Negotiate leases, renewals, rent reviews, and licences.
• Identify suitable premises for healthcare teams and undertake space inspections.
• Provide strategic and operational property management in line with NHS policies and RICS best practices.
• Engage with healthcare occupiers, property owners and NHS partners.
• Identify income opportunities and manage service charges.
