Job summary

Bridgnorth Aluminium Ltd. is seeking a procurement professional to oversee non-metal sourcing and end-to-end procurement. You will identify suppliers, negotiate terms, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with policies while driving cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths (A-C).
• Strong proven experience as a Buyer.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
• Negotiate favourable contracts, terms and prices with suppliers.
• Provide commercial support to the Contract manager.
• Manage the full procurement process from end to end.
• Take full ownership leading contracts and categories you are assigned.
• Lead contract discussions, processes and reviews.
• Conduct due diligence with suppliers before engagement.
• Ensure deadlines are met for RFP/RFQ and avoid out-of-contract situations.
