Job summary

Qualifications

• Procurement and category management experience in industrial/manufacturing with global sourcing.
• Cost management, supplier management and risk mitigation with ERP experience in manufacturing.
• Degree in business or engineering, or equivalent; supply chain certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier investigation, selection and due diligence with cost updates and records.
• Manage sourcing projects from planning through delivery with suppliers and internal teams.
• Develop costing models and sourcing strategies with stakeholders, including proposal teams.
• Benchmark costs and reduce supply risk through global initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve supplier performance for new product development.
• Maintain sourcing procedures and governance for supplier selection and cost approvals.
• Understand plant operations and help resolve critical supply challenges.
