Job summary

Senior Strategic Sourcing Analyst role on-site in Sidcup, Kent, within a global manufacturing organisation. You will partner with stakeholders across Europe, Asia, and North America to develop supplier partnerships, shape sourcing strategy, and deliver commercial value across multiple categories.

This senior role requires strong negotiation, relationship management, and data-driven decision making in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong supplier negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Experience supporting supplier onboarding and performance activities.
• Excellent organisational and project management capabilities and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.

About the Role:

We’re recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturing organisation seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Analyst to join its international sourcing function.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sourcing, procurement, or supply chain professional looking to take the next step in their career within a highly visible, globally connected role. Working closely with stakeholders across Europe, Asia, and North America, you’ll play a key role in developing supplier partnerships, supporting sourcing strategy, and delivering commercial value across a range of manufacturing categories.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building supplier relationships, leading negotiations, and driving continuous improvement within a complex manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles
• Previous experience operating within a manufacturing environment
• Strong supplier negotiation and relationship management skills
• Experience supporting supplier onboarding and supplier performance activities
• Excellent organisational and project management capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently
• Experience operating within a global or matrix‑led organisation would be advantageous

Experience within aerospace, industrial manufacturing, engineered products, or other technical manufacturing sectors would be beneficial but is not essential.
