Job summary

Paysafe, a global payments platform, is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support spend categories across procurement activities in the UK. You will conduct spend analysis, prepare RFIs/RFPs, maintain supplier data, and coordinate with stakeholders to drive compliant sourcing processes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, 1–3 years in procurement, strong Excel skills, and an interest in CPSP/CPSM certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years procurement, sourcing, or related business experience.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; exposure to procurement systems is a plus.
• Preferred: CPSD, CPSM, CSCP certifications interest.

Responsibilities

• Conduct spend analysis, data collection, and market research to support sourcing activities.
• Assist in preparing sourcing materials, including RFIs and RFPs.
• Maintain accurate supplier data, project trackers, and sourcing documentation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers to gather required information.
• Support contract reviews by routing documents and tracking approvals.
• Monitor supplier compliance and maintain performance data.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and standards.
• Assist with generating savings reports, KPIs, and sourcing dashboards.

Job Description

The Strategic Sourcing Specialist supports sourcing activities across assigned spend categories by performing research, preparing documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to procurement processes. This role contributes to sourcing events and supplier management activities by providing analytical support, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting with routine vendor interactions.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of procurement, sourcing, or related business experience
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; exposure to procurement systems a plus
• Preferred: Interest in pursuing procurement certifications (CPSD, CPSM, CSCP)
