• Experience in fast-paced environments requiring speed and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate data into decisions.
• Ability to lead without formal authority amid ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI and data-driven digital product development through iterative delivery.
• Define a clear product vision and strategy prioritising speed and learning.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to test hypotheses.
• Establish a lean product roadmap with high-impact features and MVP scope.
• Drive agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and fast feedback loops.
• Encourage experimentation, including A/B testing and analytics-informed decisions.
• Ensure scalable, extensible solutions aligned with business needs.
• Create user stories, designs, and wireframes reflecting user-centric design.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by communicating trade-offs, timelines.
• Foster a culture that embraces ambiguity and delivers tangible results.
