Job summary

Pfizer seeks a Director of Product Owner to drive AI-enabled digital product initiatives across the enterprise. You will partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate prioritized opportunities into scalable solutions, shaping the product vision and roadmap for rapid value delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams through iterative development, validate concepts with data and user feedback, and establish a lean strategy that accommodates changing business

Qualifications

Extensive product management experience with end-to-end delivery.
A strong grasp of lean/Agile methodologies and user-centered design.
Experience launching digital products and iterating from user feedback.
