Job summary

Gravity Global in London is seeking an experienced Social Listening & Insights Manager to join our Intel team. You will own ongoing social listening programs, lead ad hoc research, and turn conversations and data into actionable insights that shape brand strategy for a diverse client portfolio.

You will collaborate with Strategy, Account, and Creative teams to support strategic recommendations, while contributing to Gravity Global's proprietary framework and driving measurable impact across

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in insights or research, with hands-on social listening experience.
• Strong technical proficiency in social listening, including Boolean query development, data cleaning, sentiment analysis, and dashboard management.
• Excellent written and spoken English with ability to present client-ready reports.
• Experience working with B2B clients or complex industries.

Responsibilities

• Own social listening projects end-to-end, from objectives to reporting.
• Execute social listening research, refine queries, clean data, analyze conversations and trends.
• Develop and present insight-driven reports translating findings into strategic implications.
• Conduct secondary research to enrich findings with syndicated data and competitive intelligence.
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders, working independently and with internal teams.
• Support broader agency needs including strategic planning and new business initiatives.
