Gravity Global, a leading marketing consultancy, is seeking an experienced Social Listening & Insights Manager to join the Gravity Intel team in London. You will own end-to-end social listening projects, lead ad hoc research, and support strategic initiatives across B2B and B2C portfolios.

You will turn conversations into meaningful insights, contribute to the FAB framework, and work closely with Strategy, Account, and Creative teams to inform brand strategy and client decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in insights or research roles within an agency or consultancy.
