Gravity Global in Norwich is seeking a Social Media Manager to oversee day‑to‑day social media campaigns for multiple client accounts. You will plan, publish, monitor and optimise content, driving measurable outcomes aligned with client goals and Gravity Global’s social strategy.

The role requires hands‑on platform expertise, strong communication, and collaboration with internal teams. You will balance creative thinking with data‑driven decisions in a fast‑paced, global agency environment.

Formación

• 4–6 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proven track record in managing content delivery and community engagement for brands.
• Experience working with analytics, scheduling, and listening tools.
• Exposure to client communication and campaign reporting.
• Collaborative with cross‑functional teams including Creative, Operations, Analytics, and Client Services.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, schedule, and execute content across social channels in line with client goals and campaign strategies.
• Translate strategies into actionable plans and content calendars with Senior Managers and the Social Media Lead.
• Track campaign performance using analytics and social listening tools; produce insights and recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with client contacts; present updates or performance insights as needed.
• Collaborate with Creative, Paid Media, Analytics, and Client Services teams for cohesive campaigns.
• Partner with designers and copywriters to brief and review social-first content; apply data-led recommendations.
