Liverpool Football Club is seeking a dedicated SMF Relationship Manager to lead the day-to-day management of the Steve Morgan Foundation partnership. You will drive delivery of our Community Hubs programme and place-based initiatives across Anfield, ensuring high standards and measurable outcomes for local communities.

You will manage contractual compliance, monitor KPIs and reporting, and seek new funding to secure long-term sustainability.

Formación

• Experience managing high-value funder relationships, building stakeholder networks, and influencing senior partners to achieve shared outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead complex community, youth or place-based programmes, ensuring delivery against objectives, workplans and KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing reports for funders and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the day-to-day lead for the Steve Morgan Foundation relationship, working alongside senior leadership.
• Oversee Community Hubs programme across the Liverpool City Region, building and maintaining strong relationships across the youth sector.
• Manage the Foundation's place-based programme in the Anfield community.
• Oversee programme performance, contracts, KPIs and impact measurement.
• Responsible for all reporting requirements and lead quarterly meetings and biannual reporting.
• Develop and secure additional grants and other fundraising opportunities, driving the long-term sustainability of the programme.
• Line manager responsibility which includes working cross-departmentally to coordinate delivery.
• Responsible for mitigating risks across the programme and ensure safeguarding and health and safety practices are maintained to the highest standard.
