LFC Foundation is seeking an astute SMF Relationship Manager to lead the Steve Morgan Foundation partnership in Anfield and across the City Region. You will drive delivery, secure funding, and ensure programme impact aligns with funder priorities.

You will manage performance against KPIs, oversee reporting, and work cross‑departmentally to strengthen community outcomes and long‑term sustainability. A strong background in funder relationship management and youth-focused place-based work is

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-value funder relationships and influencing senior partners.
• Proven ability to lead complex community or place-based programmes and meet objectives and KPIs.
• Strong understanding of community development and youth sector across Liverpool City Region.
• Experience designing performance frameworks, analysing data, and reporting social impact.
• Track record securing grants and developing funding proposals for sustainability.
• Experience managing staff across departments and multi-agency networks.
• Knowledge and experience of safeguarding, health and safety, governance and programme risk.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with funders and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day management of the SMF relationship with senior leadership.
• Ensure delivery aligns with funder priorities and monitor KPIs.
• Oversee Community Hubs and place-based programmes in Anfield.
• Manage reporting, quarterly meetings and biannual reporting.
• Develop and secure additional grants for long-term sustainability of the programme.
• Line manage cross-departmental teams and ensure safeguarding compliance.
