Job summary

LFC Foundation, funded by Liverpool FC, invites applications for an SMF Relationship Manager to lead a major partnership with the Steve Morgan Foundation. The role focuses on growing the Community Hubs programme and place-based initiatives in Anfield, delivering high-quality outcomes and long-term sustainability.

You will oversee contracts, KPIs and safeguarding, work with partners, and report to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-value funder relationships and influencing senior partners.
• Proven ability to lead complex community or place-based programmes.
• Understanding of community development and the youth sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of the Steve Morgan Foundation relationship.
• Oversee Community Hubs programme delivery across Liverpool City Region and Anfield.
• Monitor performance, contracts, KPIs and impact measurement.
• Prepare reports, attend quarterly and biannual meetings.
• Develop and secure additional grants and fundraising opportunities.
• Line manage staff and coordinate delivery across departments.
• Manage programme risks and safeguarding/health & safety standards.
