Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Site Financial Controller to lead the Site Finance Team at the Wigan site. This role provides financial leadership, governance, and decision support for the site with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, product costing, and working capital stewardship.

The role reports to the European Operation Finance Lead and manages multiple finance professionals, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong manufacturing/ FMCG experience.
• Proven governance, internal controls and audit readiness.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set the site finance direction with governance and insights to support site leadership.
• Act as trusted advisor to Site Director and Heads of Manufacturing.
• Drive 90 Day Improvement Plans, Savings Initiatives and Capex tracking.
• Oversee month-end close, cost centre reporting, and site balance sheet ownership.
• Lead, coach and develop the Site Finance Team and cross-functional collaboration.
