• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear decisions for site leadership.
• Strong governance mindset with audit readiness and strong controls.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction for site finance, ensuring governance and robust insights for the Site Leadership Team.
• Act as trusted advisor to Site Director and functional heads with data-backed challenge.
• Lead end-to-end financial performance, including ZBB and VIC reporting, and close cycles.
