Methods in Birmingham is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead technical design and oversee delivery across multiple client projects. You will define architectural solutions, provide senior technical leadership, and mentor developers and architects within the ServiceNow Practice.

The role also involves supporting presales, contributing to product roadmaps, and ensuring compliance with best practice standards, while collaborating with offshore teams and engaging stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Extensive ServiceNow consulting and delivery experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex ServiceNow solutions on time and budget.
• Experience leading offshore teams and collaborating with project roles.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Define technical solutions at architectural and design levels.
• Provide senior technical leadership, line management and mentoring.
• Deliver compelling demos across the ServiceNow platform.
• Assist development teams in resolving complex issues through project lifecycles.
• Grow knowledge around ServiceNow through certification and learning.
• Support presales lifecycle, bids, proposals and case studies.
• Contribute to ServiceNow product roadmaps and best-practice standards.
• Collaborate across functions and build professional networks.
