Zusammenfassung

University Hospitals Tees is seeking a Service Lead to oversee several services within the Transfer of Care Directorate. You will lead Team Leaders, Service Leads and senior AHP and nursing staff, shaping medium to long-term strategy and ensuring safe, high-quality clinical services across sites.

The role requires HCPC or BASW registration and a management qualification or equivalent experience, with budget control, workforce planning and performance management across clinical settings.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or diploma in AHP or social work (required).
• Management qualification or equivalent experience.
• Evidence of recent relevant and continuing professional development (CPD).
• HCPC or BASW registration.

Aufgaben

• Be accountable for a number of services within the Transfer of Care Directorate.
• Ensure safe, high quality, evidence-based clinical services across University Hospitals Tees.
• Contribute to medium to long-term service strategy and ensure the fundamentals of care are in place.
• Provide leadership and management to Team Leaders, Service Leads, senior AHP and nursing staff.
• Coordinate safe standards of care.
• Monitor and control expenditure.
• Monitor the quality of clinical support and the clinical environment.
• Ensure safe staffing levels at all times.
• Work in collaboration with Care Groups and other organisations across the local system.
• Deliver services within available resources in line with University Hospitals Tees strategic objectives.
