Axis CLC is seeking a Senior Estimator to secure profitable, long-term tenders across maintenance, retrofit decarbonisation and refurbishment projects in the UK. You will prepare robust cost schedules, manage tenders and support commercial governance with colleagues and operations.

The role requires strong collaboration with design and commercial teams, ensuring pricing reflects risks and value while maintaining audit trails and version control.

Qualifikationen

• Strong time management, preparation and communication skills.
• Experience of tender management processes and adjudication.
• Pricing reflects all relevant commercial considerations on each bid.
• Experience with estimating software would be advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Develop prices from schedules of rates, drawings, specification and cost build-up for subcontract, direct delivery and labour.
• Provide planned works solutions across maintenance, retrofit decarbonisation and block refurbishment.
• Compile compliant, arithmetically correct tenders; identify opportunities and risks; raise clarifications.
