Axis CLC is seeking a Senior Estimator to secure profitable, high-value tenders by delivering accurate, compliant cost schedules and competitive pricing for planned maintenance, retrofit decarbonisation and block refurbishment works.

You will work with operational, commercial and technical teams to ensure pricing reflects all commercial considerations and to support Axis CLC's growth strategy. A proactive approach to tender management and robust audit trails is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in securing profitable tenders.
• Knowledge of NHF Schedules.
• Strong numeric and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop prices from schedules of rates, drawings and specs for subcontract, direct delivery and labour-based works.
• Provide planned works solutions across maintenance, retrofit decarbonisation, and refurbishment projects.
• Prepare compliant, arithmetically correct tenders and identify opportunities and risks.
