Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA a plus.
• 5–8 years of professional experience with a focus on client service and project management.
• ICT market knowledge is advantageous; macro-level understanding of technology themes.
• Understanding of market research and related methodologies (qualitative/quantitative).
• MS Office proficiency: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook; Excel calculations and analysis.
• Ability to lead cross-disciplinary project teams and drive insights.

Aufgaben

• Operate with a client-centric orientation to maximize value, quality, timeliness, and customer experience.
• Manage projects to meet client requirements, specifications and timelines.
• Ensure quality assurance at every engagement stage (proofreading, datasets, etc.).
• Leverage IDC knowledge and experience to drive high-impact deliverables and client conversations.
• Collaborate with analysts to develop customized content narratives and engagement design.
• Review deliverables with analyst teams to ensure quality and impact for clients.
• Set and manage client expectations; create and monitor workplans; manage meetings effectively.
• Drive ongoing team communications (internal & external) and manage budgets/expenses.
• Balance competing priorities and orchestrate diverse internal/external contributors.
