Job summary

International Data is seeking a Senior Consulting Manager to lead the Customs Solutions team in London. You will manage client relationships, oversee market research-based deliverables, and drive high-quality engagements from scoping to delivery.

The role requires 5-8 years’ client service and project management experience, strong analytical writing, and proficiency with MS Office. Hybrid working with periodic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; MBA is a plus.
• 5-8 years of professional experience in client service and project management.
• Subject matter expertise in ICT market and ability to leverage market research methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Operate with a client-centric orientation to maximize IDC value in terms of quality, timeliness, and customer experience.
• Manage projects that satisfy client requirements and timelines as proposed.
• Ensure quality assurance on deliverables and data accuracy.
• Drive content development, storytelling and engagement design with analyst teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client deliverables.
