Newcastle Bridges School is seeking a senior leader with proven experience in SEND/Additional Provision to drive improvements across sites and raise pupil outcomes. The role requires strategic thinking, strong safeguarding, and the ability to inspire staff, families and multi-agency professionals.

You will lead improvement initiatives, translate vision into priorities, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and collaboration to support every pupil’s potential.

Qualifications

• Experience of successful leadership at a senior level in a SEND/Additional Provision environment.
• Strong understanding of pupils with a wide range of complex educational needs.
• Track record of improving teaching, learning and pupil outcomes.
• Strategic thinker who can translate vision into clear priorities and effective action.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and develop others.
• Lead improvement while managing the complexity of a multi-site organisation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Work successfully with families and multi-agency professionals.
• Highest expectations for all pupils and a relentless safeguarding commitment.
• Sound judgement and ability to make difficult decisions in the best interests of pupils.
• Lead with integrity, openness, collaboration and ambition.
