New Bridge Pathways, a thriving specialist 14-16 provision within New Bridge School, Oldham, is recruiting a Head of School to lead with vision and drive. This role will work as part of the senior leadership team to deliver an outstanding learning experience for pupils with SEND.

You will oversee curriculum quality, safeguarding, and school improvement, inspiring staff and ensuring high standards, inclusivity, and effective collaboration with families, governors and external partners.

Formación

• Experience leading schools with a proven track record of improving outcomes for children and young people.
• Deep commitment to inclusion and belief in every learner's potential.
• Ability to inspire, develop and support staff while maintaining high expectations and accountability.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into high-quality practice.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day leadership of New Bridge Pathways as part of the senior leadership team.
• Translate vision, values and strategic priorities into outstanding daily experiences for pupils and staff.
• Lead with clarity, integrity and optimism to foster high expectations and continuous improvement.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families, staff, governors and external partners.
