Newcastle Bridges School, part of Prosper Learning Trust, is seeking an exceptional Headteacher to lead a unique, highly specialist school and its multi-site provisions. You will drive an ambitious, personalised curriculum, high teaching standards, and strong safeguarding and wellbeing across all settings.

You will inspire, motivate and develop staff while engaging with families, health professionals and local partners to secure outstanding outcomes for pupils with complex needs.

• Experienced, reflective senior leader with a strong track record in SEND/Additional Provision environments.
• Proven ability to raise teaching quality, pupil outcomes and wellbeing.
• Strategic thinker who translates vision into priorities and action.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration with families, health professionals and partners.
