The successful candidate will have strong financial management, leadership and communication skills, with a professional qualification in Business Management and GCSEs including English and Maths.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the school's financial systems, budgets and procurement processes.
• Monitor expenditure and provide detailed financial reports and recommendations.
• Support strategic planning and long-term financial sustainability.
• Lead and manage administrative and support staff.
• Oversee HR processes including recruitment and workforce management.
• Manage contracts and SLAs with external providers.
• Support premises, health and safety, compliance and risk management.
• Collaborate with Trust colleagues to ensure statutory and Trust requirements.
