Job summary

Torpoint Community College is seeking an experienced School Business Manager to join the College Leadership Team. You will provide strategic leadership across finance, HR, administration, premises, catering, ICT, procurement, compliance, data protection and health and safety, reporting to the Headteacher and governors.

You will lead budgets and financial management, oversee staff and projects, and support safeguarding and strategic priorities for a large secondary school in Torpoint.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in budget and financial management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance, HR, administration, premises, catering, ICT, procurement, compliance, data protection and health and safety across the College.
• Provide strategic leadership with the College Leadership Team and work closely with the Headteacher and governors.
