Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect in Financial Services to design and deliver scalable FSC solutions for wealth management, banking and investment clients across London, Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham. You will lead client engagements, translate business needs into technical architectures, and work with cross-functional teams to drive value.

This Associate Manager role requires deep Salesforce knowledge, industry certifications, and a consultative mindset.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Salesforce Industries or Financial Services Cloud.
• Proven hands-on experience leading technical engagements through architecting, design, build and delivery.
• Experience addressing scalability, performance, security and availability in Salesforce contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; consulting/leadership background.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, Platform Developer, Vlocity/Agentforce).

Responsibilities

• Clearly articulate the solution to senior stakeholders and demonstrate objective handling.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Industries & Financial Services Cloud for wealth management, banking and investment clients.
• Lead client stakeholders to gather processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop leadership and consulting skills while delivering Salesforce at scale to deliver client value.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Keep informed about the latest Salesforce Financial Services features and updates.
• Embed AI into thinking when building industry solutions.
