Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect - Financial Services in London with opportunities in Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham. The role sits in the Salesforce Business Group and drives scalable, secure FSC/Industries implementations for wealth management, banking and investments.

You will lead client engagements, translate business requirements into technical designs, and develop leadership and consulting capabilities while embedding AI thinking into industry solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Industries or Financial Services Cloud.
• Hands-on leadership of technical engagements through architecting, designing, building, and delivering integrated Salesforce solutions.
• Addressing key architecture concerns (scalability, performance, security, availability) in Salesforce contexts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; consulting/leadership background preferred.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, Platform Developer, Vlocity, Agentforce) are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Clearly articulate solutions to senior stakeholders and manage objectives.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using FSC/Industries Cloud for relevant financial services clients.
• Lead client stakeholders to gather processes and translate them into technical designs.
• Develop leadership and consulting skills while delivering Salesforce at scale and driving client value.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
• Stay informed on Salesforce Financial Services features and updates.
