Senior Salesforce Architect – Financial Services Cloud

Job summary

Venturi is expanding its Salesforce practice and seeks experienced Salesforce Solution Architects to join the team. You will sit at the intersection of Salesforce architecture, technical leadership and client consulting, partnering with major Financial Services organisations on complex transformation programmes.

You'll lead architecture, design solutions spanning Sales, Marketing and Service with FSC focus, run workshops, mentor consultants and contribute to pre-sales and internal IP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design and implementation.
• Strong Financial Services experience - Ideally as a genuine FS specialist
• Strong technical understanding of how Salesforce solutions are built and integrated
• Experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Salesforce APIs and Flow
• Experience with integrations, APIs, ETL/ELT and iPaaS technologies such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato or Azure Data Factory
• Experience with Salesforce CI/CD and SDLC tooling such as Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, GitHub or Jenkins
• Proven experience leading technical teams or development workstreams
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Finance or Asset/Wealth Management experience
• Experience with Data 360, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud or CRM Analytics
• Pre-sales / solution consulting experience
• Experience creating technical accelerators or reusable IP
• Broader understanding of the Sales, Marketing and Digital technology ecosystem

Responsibilities

• Leading the architecture and technical direction of complex Salesforce transformation programmes
• Designing solutions across Sales, Marketing and Service, with a particular focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• Leading technical workstreams and development teams
• Running client workshops, discovery sessions and solutioning discussions
• Providing senior technical advice and challenging clients where appropriate
• Mentoring and developing Salesforce consultants and developers
• Supporting pre-sales, proposals and account growth
• Contributing to internal accelerators, reusable assets and technical best practice
