Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Leader to act as a trusted strategic adviser across AWS Industries’ Automotive & Manufacturing Field Sales Operations. You will partner with senior leaders to define metrics, automate processes, and deliver timely data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.

You will own the operating cadence, drive annual and in‑year planning, and shape growth initiatives in collaboration with Finance and IBU leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience building and using CRM, velocity and revenue reporting tools.
• Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic operations partner to senior sales leaders, owning the business health narrative and financial performance tracking.
• Shape planning processes, revenue bridges, and long‑range growth initiatives with Finance and leadership.
• Drive forecast accuracy and governance across the organization and ensure timely, actionable insights.
