Job description

Description

Are you passionate about solving complex business problems, diving into data, and providing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across a high-growth organization?

The AWS Industries (AWSI) Automotive & Manufacturing Field Sales Operations team is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Operations Leader to serve as a trusted strategic advisor to our senior industry leadership.

This leader will partner directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop standard metrics to measure productivity and success of programs, automate and optimize operational processes, and invent new ways of diving deep with data to uncover actionable insights that help us serve our internal and external customers. They will be responsible for looking around corners and measuring the performance of the organization, supplying their sales leadership with relevant and timely insights on the health of their business, and will effectively manage the operating cadence for the team. They will support shaping business strategy, OP1/OP2 planning initiatives, and long-range growth planning in close partnership with Finance and IBU leadership.

The successful candidate operates with a bias for action, thrives in ambiguity, builds strong partnerships with senior leaders, and brings both tactical precision and strategic thinking to everything they do. This is a high-visibility role where you will become a trusted advisor to senior industry leadership and make a meaningful impact on the strategic and operational performance of a $3B+ industry business.
