Job summary

Premier Work Support is seeking a Sales Negotiator for a permanent role based in Erith. You will join a small team and focus on identifying and matching customer needs while driving margins through upselling and cross-selling.

The role requires working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, and candidates must have their own transport. As a Sales Negotiator, you will handle calls to existing customers, pursue new business opportunities, and maintain records of enquiries and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales calls to existing customer base with the aim of cross-selling other products and matching customer needs.
• Research and contact potential new customers to grow the client base.
• Acquire new customers via referrals from existing customers.
• Maintain polite and professional interactions to maximize retention and exceed service expectations.
• Record and respond to customer enquiries and information requests in the system.
• Ensure complaints are logged and handled per company procedures and data protection rules.
• Use company guidelines to log interactions and maintain product knowledge.
