Job summary

Premier Work Support are recruiting a permanent Sales Negotiator for a prestigious client in Erith. The role focuses on identifying and matching customer needs, with upselling, account management and cross selling to maximise margins.

You will handle sales calls, research and attract new customers, and maintain relationships to exceed service expectations. Must have own transport; Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, account management or customer-facing roles.
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills.
• Attention to detail and highly motivated.
• Own transport required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales calls to existing customers to cross-sell products and match needs.
• Research, make contact and gain new customers.
• Acquire new customers via referrals from the existing base.
• Maintain customer relationships to maximise retention and service quality.
• Identify customer needs and potential future needs via accounts management.
