Job summary

ARV Solutions is seeking a Sales Manager to join a £100m plus structural steelwork contractor, driving profitable revenue growth across London and the South. The role is full-cycle, consultative, focusing on securing steel frame projects and presenting value-engineered options to main contractors and developers.

You will track, progress and convert major project leads, turning Tier 1/2 contractors, architects and engineers into repeat clients.

Qualifications

• Experience selling or tendering into Tier 1/2 main contractors or developers.
• Ability to read project specs and talk value-engineering.
• Track record of converting leads and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across London/South.
• Secure steel frame projects and pitch value-engineered alternatives.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Design and Ops to build bids.
• Turn Tier 1 contractors, architects and engineers into repeat clients.
