Job description

Our sales team achieves their goals through various roles including strategy, data analysis, hiring and training, forecasting, territory design, and sales process optimization. This team is essential to the company's success, utilizing soft skills and persuasion to communicate effectively with customers and prospects. We seek an experienced, motivated sales professional to manage our sales region, supporting end users and channel partners by understanding their business needs and industry context. The Sales Executive will sell Identity Management solutions, develop relationships with decision makers, and close deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Exceed revenue goals monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Address each customer's and partner's inquiries with appropriate solutions.
  • Develop business plans aligned with geographic and business needs.
  • Engage with business partners as needed.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on marketing plans.
  • Follow-up on leads and update systems.
  • Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint’s advantages.
  • Maintain ongoing account coverage and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Deeply understand the territory, including clients, prospects, and competitors.
  • Stay informed about product strategies and market trends.
  • Ensure high customer and partner satisfaction.
  • Coordinate sales support functions.
  • Engage at all levels within client organizations.
  • Utilize channel management and reporting tools.

  • Approximately 50% business travel expected annually.
  • 7+ years B2B sales experience, with 3+ years in Identity Management or Security industries.
  • Proven sales results, negotiation skills, and ability to influence decision makers.
