Holdich Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer for our Norwich-based client, a leading provider of telemetry, remote monitoring and asset intelligence solutions.

The role combines technical insight with commercial drive, delivering demonstrations, preparing proposals and working with engineering teams to meet customer needs. Travel within the UK and internationally is expected, with a possibility of hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Strong technical understanding paired with commercial awareness.
• Experience delivering technical sales demonstrations and training.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across heavy industrial sectors.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Deliver technical sales presentations, demonstrations and product training.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender responses.
• Liaise with engineering and project teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Attend industry exhibitions, conferences and customer visits in the UK and internationally.
