Scotia Gas Networks seeks a Senior Risk & Policy Manager to provide strategic oversight of Safety Risk, Policy and Business Partnering. You will architect risk-based resource deployment, prioritise safety interventions, and ensure alignment with the Safety Management System to achieve measurable risk reduction.

You will lead the Risk & Policy team, deliver a multi-year roadmap, and provide evidence-based insights to senior leadership for continuous safety improvements across SGN.

Formación

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent in safety discipline.
• Deep expertise in Safety Management Systems (SMS) and policy governance.
• 6+ years in high-risk regulated industries (Gas/Utilities advantageous).
• Translate assurance findings into actionable policy.
• Strong influencing skills with senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own SGN Safety Risk operating model and prioritise risk-based interventions.
• Oversee policy adoption and assurance outputs across the business.
• Design multi-year risk intervention roadmap aligned with SMS.
• Provide senior leadership with evidence-based risk insights.
• Lead and inspire Risk & Policy Leads to drive safety outcomes.
