Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Risk Manager to plan, coordinate and document the project risk management process, leveraging your facilitation and quantitative analysis skills to identify, evaluate, mitigate and monitor risks in line with policies.

You will lead risk workshops, drive the development of risk management capability across the Project Delivery Practice Commercial Team, and mentor a high-performing risk management group in a large-scale engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Track record of successful risk management in engineering or construction.
• Expert in risk management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the project risk management process across complex programs.
• Run risk workshops, develop mitigation plans, and update risk registers.
• Provide risk reporting and quantitative analyses to stakeholders.
• Mentor and manage the risk management team within the Practice.
