Athora is seeking a Manager, Risk Governance and Reporting in London for a fixed-term 12-month contract. The role sits in Group Risk & Compliance, reporting to the Director, and focuses on maintaining a robust governance framework and regulatory interfaces across the group.

You will oversee risk committee processes, guide risk reporting production and MI, coordinate policy lifecycle governance, and support strategic initiatives such as the planned redomiciliation to the UK.

• Confident communicator capable of influencing senior stakeholders and providing constructive challenge.

Responsabilidades

• Support the ongoing development and maintenance of the Group risk governance framework and regulatory interfaces.
• Produce Risk Report and Risk MI; act as initial reviewer of inputs and ensure completeness.
• Coordinate policy governance lifecycle activities, approvals and attestation processes.
• Assist with strategic initiatives and change programmes impacting governance structures.
