Job summary

Aon is seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance professional to support UK and EMEA governance, reporting and risk management across a wide range of business areas. The role sits in a hybrid model with options to base in London or Farnborough, collaborating with senior leaders to ensure robust governance and timely risk reporting.

You will coordinate committee papers, maintain records, and produce high-quality MI on risk exposure, controls and regulatory changes, partnering across functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk, governance, compliance, internal audit or FCA-regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory governance and committee structures.
• Experience working in a large global organisation across functions and geographies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare governance papers and management information with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reporting and papers for UK and EMEA governance committees.
• Maintain committee records, terms of reference and action tracking.
• Collaborate with Risk & Compliance leaders to support governance and risk practices.
• Produce high-quality reporting on risk exposure and control effectiveness.
• Support identification and documentation of risks, controls and dependencies.
• Contribute to UK People Risk Committee and other projects.
