Job summary

IAC is recruiting an experienced Risk & Compliance Manager to lead a high exposure stand-alone role. You will drive the organisation's risk and compliance framework, collaborate with senior stakeholders to strengthen governance and ensure regulatory compliance across the business.

The role involves developing policies, managing risk registers, supporting internal audits, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Hybrid and flexible working arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance principles.
• Good understanding of GDPR and data protection legislation.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience within the infrastructure sector.
• Additional language skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the organisation's risk and compliance framework.
• Manage corporate risk registers, monitor trends and ensure timely completion of actions.
• Provide practical risk and compliance advice to stakeholders across the business.
• Develop and deliver compliance policies, procedures and training.
• Coordinate the internal audit programme and support regulatory compliance activities.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and ensure appropriate business responses.
• Prepare reports for executive and board-level committees.
• Promote a strong culture of risk awareness and continuous improvement.
