Qualifications

• Experience in a law firm or regulatory environment is essential.
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal advice on ethical issues and compliance matters.
• Manage PI claims and lead investigations into complaints.
• Develop and communicate policies for firm-wide compliance.
• Advise on and negotiate contractual terms, including Outside Counsel Guidelines and supplier agreements.
• Develop, update, and communicate policies and procedures to ensure firm-wide compliance.
• Lead risk and compliance training initiatives for fee earners and management.
• Oversee audits, insurance renewals, and regulatory registrations with timely submissions.
