Qualifications

• Strong prior experience in conflicts of interest analysis within an international law firm.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed conflict‑of‑interest analysis for new clients and matters.
• Review and interpret conflict reports and provide risk‑based recommendations.
• Advise on ethical obligations and conflict waivers according to SRA and ABA rules.
• Draft and manage ethical wall and information barrier arrangements.
• Support the development of conflicts policies and best practices.
